Made ECL output static and shared libraries.
Cleanup of implementation-specific declarations and init code.
Replaced platform.shen with platform.lsp.
Normalized use of shen-cl. prefix for internal functions.
Renamed *.lsp to *.lisp, boot.lsp to build.lisp.
Flattened lets and optimized true conditions in conds.
Factored out trivial lambdas; (lambda X (f X)) becomes (FUNCTION f).
Split parts of primitives.lisp into init.lisp, internal.lisp and main.lisp.

Giving up on this for now - too many changes in one PR - will keep branch in case we want to do any of this later
