Hi! I noticed that all the data in your article is the full-length scRNA-seq，I wonder whether can RSEA be applied on 10x data? Thank you for your atthention!

Thanks for your question! In theory yes, but we have not fully evaluated the performance on 10X data. If you do want to apply, we highly suggest you sequence your data deep.
