Discord streamlining and overhaul. Reduction of 57 public-facing rooms down to 34, without breaking any Cred flow. Audit permissions and POV test for all applicable roles.

Room guide is as follows: © = cred enabled room (with optional value multiplier) 🞼 = needs mod to star for post to remain () = room description--won't be in room name
