Changes related to pagination implementation as usePaginationFragment has a different API

@youngkidwarrior Needed to make quite a lot of changes. Can you please review for this particular component first? If these look ok, I can then proceed to make similar changes in other components.

@prasadwalvekar Can you resolve these conflicts.

Make sure if you make multiple PRs that change the same file, that you include the change of the previous PRs in the later ones
