By your request, I have updated my fork of your repository, merged in your latest changes and resolved the conflicts. This implementation of PS3MCA is a direct port of the PS3mca-PS1mc tool by Orion: http://onorisoft.free.fr/psx/psx.htm (it used to be open source but I cannot actually find the source on their website anymore). It makes use of the LibUsbDotNet library through a NuGet package dependency, which bumps the project's requirements up to .NET Framework 4.5. Included in the README is documentation on how to generate and install a compatible WinUSB driver using the Zadig tool.

Thank you very much for this. It's a very requested feature and I'm glad that MemcardRex has a support for it now.
