Added Popstarter Virtual Memory Card to supported formats #30

Just added the file format filter. It already supported read and save to it.

Thank you, however you only added the filter to open file dialog but not to the save dialog.

Sorry to steal your thunder but I changed the code a bit so your PR became incompatible so I added support anew.
