Docs: UG and DG do not specify the maximum value of "Bill"

Expected Behaviour

• Users should know what the maximum value of "Bill" should be
• This way, if a person starts to rack up an extremely large bill, the hotel can prepare for the overflow and use a different means of calculation to calculate bill

Team's Response

It is specified in our UG Field Summary, where we say it should have up to 12 leading digits and 2 decimal places. In addition, the likelihood of an overflow in the bill is very unlikely as the guests staying at these small hotels and backpacker inns are usually price sensitive and will not spend an exorbitant amount of money. As such, our limit of 12 leading digits should be more than sufficient to cover any possible bill that the guests rack up.
