Added logos from Freeview website

The ash.ms ones are good, but I'm not comfortable with the leeching the Freeview ones from their CDN without verifiable permission. Please remove them or attain adequate permission

I have updated the references. They no longer reference Freeview CDN. I created my own repo just for channel logos.

I may have used an old logo_list.txt when I added the Freeview icons to it. I am closing the PR.
