Requirements:

• [x] panels should have access to their "latest content" even when closed
• [x] audio tag should have access to the "next track" at all times
• [x] back button should work in any direction, not just "close current panel"
• [x] playlist generation ≠ locally modified playlist (play next, re-ordering)
• [x] locally modified playlist state should be serializable (to restore next time app is opened)

• Plus a currentView variable.
• Create a PlaylistManager component, w/ a ref for accessing it everywhere.
• AudioPlayer should also be accessible everywhere through ref

W/ global state becoming a bit of a burden, and transitions being critical (animation + data fetching + image + color changes). Maybe it's time for Jotai https://jotai.org/

• global states without unnecessary re-renders
• persists in localStorage (or can be modified to store elsewhere: https://github.com/pmndrs/jotai/issues/4)
• encourages Suspens
