Feature: "playlist from track" creates a playlist of tracks w/ similar features as the input track #43

Add ability to create a playlist from a single track, where the selection of tracks comes from similarity of "features" (danceability, valence, ...)

Could also be used with multiple tracks as input to "extend existing playlist" (similar to https://github.com/Sheraff/soft-serve-tunes/issues/44)
