server side image processing #9

keep the same logic / script, but move from client-side worker thread to upload-time server-side pre-processing with package https://sharp.pixelplumbing.com/api-utility

[x] pre-compute palette for each image file
[x] directly save as avif
[x] save multiple sizes (based on design, maybe like 48x48, 120x120, 375x375)
