User Info is show on top of the user chat window. #31

Add a selectable text window on the top of each chat window.

It will contain these infomation

Nick | Jtorchat Address
Profile details

And on the far right of the selectable textbox (because we may want to copy the 
jtorchat address to give to others), the profile picture of the other user. 
Basically stuff you get by hovering over their name in buddylist (and a bit 
more).

This will assist in helping to remember whos who

I will create a menu with all Informations over a jtorchat user and a menu over 
the chat window with access to this and the most important commands...
