This is not necessarily a good thing for users as the names are used as unique identifiers that help the user find them quickly. Hence if there are 2 secrets in different folders, it may not help the user to differentiate them, or it takes a lot more typing and commands for someone that wants to find them, reveal them/ delete them or list them. Hence, this is intentional in the design.
For example, If you want to search using folders, use the list f/FOLDER command. If you want to search using the unique secret name, use the search SECRET_NAME command. This allows for writing commands quickly, if you have same names in different folders. This process becomes much more complicated to explain, and carry out for users
