Lesson times still present even without subjects and level

Expected: the level, subject and lesson time tags to be removed.

Actual: the lesson time tags are still present.

Issue: Realistically, it is probably not possible for the educator to allocate a lesson time to the student if they are unsure of the level and subject the student is assigned.

Team's Response

This was intended as we wanted to give the tuition teacher more flexibility. For example, the student may not be sure what they want to focus on first, like in the first lesson the parent might want the tutor to teach a certain subject and in the next lesson, the parent might want the tutor to teach another subject to gauge the tutor's ability.
