Reorganize Project Structure #6

Views file is full.

Make separate folders for each major component of the project (tasks/songs/member, etc), have views in each, maybe templates and urls if possible.

This has now been done a little. taskview folder to separate tasks. There will be another for Songs, Finance, etc.
