Missing use case for adding professor #23

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In the DG, under use cases.

It does not contain the use case for adding a professor. It should be added in as it involves a user interaction.

Reason for disagreement: Similarly, I feel that adding of professors' contact details is commonly used and missing of the use case significantly impairs system functionality, affecting a large number of users. Maybe it should be Medium severity instead of High.
