Does not allow me to add sample consultatioins

Steps to reproduce:

• Adding in sample data, inputing this command "book -n CS2103T Consultation -s 2024-04-21 14:00 -e 2024-04-21 16:00"

Expected:

• Allow me to add consultation

Actual:

• Throws me "invalid command format! Error: Please fill in a non-empty note!"

I attempted to add a new consultation into the application using the step 4 example of section Let's add some sample data. However, I am running into an error. Please refer to the images below.
