Describe the problem you faced I am having trouble creating GitHub issues through the Slack integration. Whenever I try to create an issue, it seems to be successful, but I cannot find the created issues on GitHub. It happened with both Issue #5 and Issue #6.

Additional context I followed the provided link to create the GitHub issues, but I cannot locate them on the GitHub repository.
