Hello

First of all really nice program! I was wondering if there is an easy way to export the data for methylKit? Maybe i missed the option somehow or you would not advise it for some reason. Any advise is appreciated!

There's not currently functionality to do this, and I am not entirely sure it's possible. The main challenge is that methylKit keeps track of C and T numbers at sites, which I do not, so there's no way to restore that information in an export. I've only just looked at the package for the first time so if there's a reduced format that doesn't store that information and still allows the package to be used then I'm happy to into creating an export function for it.
