RNA methylation visualisation #37

Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to use NanoMethViz to visualise RNA methylation data, e.g. using methylation probability output from m6Anet? Especially as ONT are now including m6A base-calling model for dorado?

Support for non-CpG methylation from Dorado is currently being worked on. I think in theory RNA modification should work the same as DNA as long as it's mapped to the genome, but I'll need to see some data to figure out what the major differences would be.
