Commenting forces people to use a Google Account #663

Because your code is on code.google.com, anyone who doesn't yet have a Google 
Account is FORCED to create one. This is fun for Google, but it is very, very 
user unfriendly. Please fix this.

An account makes sense regardless of which issue tracker Flot might use, and 
this happens to be one of the easier accounts to create.  If you have concerns 
about Google specifically, you aren't forced to use it for anything else.
