NDT hangs with Java 8 upd 25 #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. System with Java 8 upd 25
2. Connect to NDT server on port 7123
3. Click to start test

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It hangs at the stage of "Initializing..."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

* Test server is perfsonar PS 3.4.1 (comes with NDT 3.6.5.2 under CentOS 6.5)
* Test client is OSX Yosemite with latest Java from Java.com (Java 8 upd 25) 
and Safari

This is apparently a "known problem" in the perfsonar community, and the only 
workaround suggested is to downgrade to Java 7:

This should be fixed in the NDT 3.7.0 series.
