What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. tar zxfv bsmasp-2.74.tgz
2. cd bsmap-2.74
3. make
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected is that te bsmap becomes available to analyze methylation data.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the utmost version, 2.74 . My operating System is Linux Ubuntu 12.04
Please provide any additional information below.
It simply doesn want to compile when I use the command make. It says there is
an error in lib, like the print I anexed shows.
