The number of aligned reads reported by BSMAP2.74 is not the same with the sam file #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I use bsmap to map

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I calculate the row number of my sam file and find it is far more 
less(194028321) than the bsmap reported the reads number.(208659592)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BS2.74, Linux
