Need Better Unit Tests for When the Bot Doesn't Start Properly #32

Bot has been live incorrectly for about a week, not providing tokens. This was a result of the guild ID not being properly set. Need to prevent this in the future by not allowing the bot to start or by some other means of unit testing.
