We got this email from a competitor. This individual is having issues with registering likely due to already having attempted registration while the bot was broken and ending up in the database but without roles. We should be tracking what user-generated the token and using that to validate the token, then checking that this email/account isn't associated with any other existing account.

Recently on HackABit's Discord server was a post regarding an issue with "Bits" that resulted with competitors to not be assigned their roles. In the post it was stated that the issue has been resolved, however, I'm still receiving issues with registering. During registration, I would put in the authorization token given to me and this message would appear, "your account , was already registered with a different Discord account, please contact the @Staff to resolve." I'm unsure of the cause of this problem but I'm thankful for any help relating to this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
