chore(CODEOWNERS): Remove MWallert from Codeowners #342

Changes

  1. Remove @mwallert from being a codeowner of the project.

Purpose

@mwallert is no longer actively developing for the platform. As per our engineering meeting, we will be removing him from being a code owner.

Approach

Removes @mwallert from CODEOWNERS file.

Closes #341

No need to chat with him. I just thought it would be really funny if you got a newbie developer to approve removing someone.

@thomwise Appreciate the banter, this was indeed requested by me and I am not longer actively maintaining these projects.
