LCM MODELS #192

Please may you add lcm models and or make it where we can add lcm lora for higher quality images and faster generations they also now have hyper sd loras for sd1.5 please add this:)

there is onnx lcm model https://civitai.com/models/125580/base-set-of-models-for-onnx but it's in fp16 format and maybe not in .ort format also there is something "Mem Optimized" https://civitai.com/models/125580?modelVersionId=137193 but i'm not loaded them at all

Where do we place these? As i want to try these, but don't know where the models are stored.
