KISS : request settings if needed #640

The configuration is permanently reloaded during the configuration and therefore one cannot edit the values (PID etc..)

I forgot to mention that the settings were reloaded while navigating the KISS menu to ensure they were up to date. In my testing, I tried to change the PIDs with my Taranis and found that the menu was not up to date until a backup was made. Now entering a menu causes the sync.
