The Headers pane is only a few lines high sometimes.

Here's a shot.  Notice the horizontal thumb is missing on the right side panes 
but the vertical one is there.

The right side panes are not in a split pane. Nesting split panes creates some 
UI issues.
I increased the size of the headers section. When you resize the window both 
sections should grow together.
