The Help screen in CN1 LIVE! doesn't scroll on a Nexus 1 device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install CN1 LIVE! on Nexus 1 device
2. click the Help tab
3.try to scroll down to see the buttom part of the help text (which is not 
visible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The page cannot be scrolled down, so you cannot read the full help text

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LIVE! version installed April 15, 2012
