RFE: QRCode for debug builds on Build Server #171

The QRCode is very handy for quickly installing apps on the device. Would be 
handy if we could, for example, hover the mouse over the debug build to get a 
QRCode for that build instead.

The main issue with not doing this is usability. The QR code is great but 
filling the screen with QR codes will make the UI even more obtuse. I would 
like to offer the ability to install the debug version from the Codename One 
LIVE! application and get push notification into that application so you don't 
even need to keep the server web interface open.
I'm leaving the RFE open but I want to do this for the LIVE! application.
