Update Eclipse plugin to Juno architecture #244

A major new version of Eclipse was released last week (Eclipse 4.2, aka Juno, 
aka e4).  I gave the Codename One plugin a quick test, and everything appears 
to be working fine on Juno.   They have overhauled the plugin system but 
provided a compatibility layer.  Eclipse 3.x (all previous versions of Eclipse) 
have now gone into maintenance mode.
