RFE: GPS locationListener timer and precision #277

Please add functionality for GPS location to support configurable timer for 
location update, criteria (precision for the given position, Horizontal and/or 
Vertical Accuracy...)

The locationListener didn't give us the possibility to specify when to get the 
position and it's precision.. for example each 20 seconds and 20 meters...
