RFE: Add simulator arguments #284

Because my screen is low res, i would like to be able to start the simulator 
with the argument: zoom=50(%)
To be able to choose a skin by argument would be nice also.

A good solution for this is to make the scroll flag persistent across runs 
removing the need for command line arguments. Once the scroll flag is disabled 
the simulator can fit in any screen size.

scrolling is now persistent on the Simulator(will be part of the next update).
I'm leaving this open for now - let us know if you think this solves your issues
