No Loading Dialog When Posting to facebook using ShareButton

When I click Post on Facebook. It would be nice to have a please wait dialog 
box, or some other sort of notification that shows the user that something is 
happening. I have had cases where my users have to click multiple times thereby 
resulting in multiple posts. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add ShareButton to a form.
2. Run your app, click the ShareButton, chose facebook.
3. After the login in and permission acceptance, You will see a form with the 
contents of what you want to share and a POST button at the bottom, click it
4. The Contents will be posted on facebook, but you won't see a loading/please 
wait dialog to show you the progress.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see a loading or please wait dialog. You see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
