NPCs and player start floating and rotating uncontrollably

after a certain time, when i go to a busy area. my character would start shaking, then if i dont stop it, itll start floating and rotating uncontrollably. same with the npcs.

can you reproduce this error without any mod? If so then it surely is nemesis' fault. If not, find the culprit causing the issue/conflict

ok so in my case it's not something nemesis alone caused (nothing happens when I use only nemesis skse and alternate start mod).

when I tried to use FNIS instead of Nemesis, this problem hasn't occurred for me yet. but FNIS caused random CTD when Nemesis doesn't. So I think when FNIS just CTD-ed my game, nemesis just try to run that's why this shaking, floating, then eventually spinning happen. Not long after that (spinning) my sse freeze then CTD.

I have the same issue on a fresh install and a new game. however I have zero errors from LOOT, just some dirty plugins. I have many mods installed and all of them seems to be working just fine. Nemesis worked fine until I left the Blue Palace in solitude, my character and follower floated then turned into a tornado circle in the air, game slowed down to a total stop. Had to leave back to desktop, kill skyrim. my CPU which is 8700K @5.0Ghz was under intense heavy load, reached 76c with my 360 AIO.....

Now FNIS is completely gone from my MO2, I'm wondering, which mod is the issue at hand...........

i have some speculation about what happen. now in my new load order i rarely encounter this issue. this happen bcs i remove most of my script heavy mod that uses cpu heavily. bottle necked cpu caused frame rate issues. and usually the floating start at the area where i have fps issue.

I am also having this issue, but only inside Whiterun. I haven't seen it elsewhere. Whiterun is more intense on my PC than other cities for whatever reason, so I believe CPU load does have something to do with it. My player character will mimic the flipping about and hovering behavior that my followers exhibit. It's fixed with 3 methods: relog, enter an interior cell, and the 3rd is below.

Maybe it has something to do with HDT physics? I fixed it at one point by taking my follower's clothes off and then giving them back. Did the same for my character. I haven't had ANY issues with Bodyslide converted clothes with HDT physics or TBD physics, the one's I'm having issues with are the BDOR Team TAL armors which are for UNP but work on CBBE. However, my 2nd companion isn't wearing any BDOR clothing at all, simply some CBBE stuff with HDT physics, she also flips about.

I'll try rebuilding Nemesis and going from there.

thank you kindly, it worked. loaded back into the same save that they were flipping around in, and it took a couple seconds, but the framerate rocketed back up to 60 in riften and all the npcs fixed themselves. are walking normally again.

this is part of why I hate modding bethesda games though, issues never make any sense. I was thinking something along the lines of it stemming from a animation, physics, or skeleton mod. but no, a god damn cloak mod. i've been scalping through my load order for the past 2 weeks, for a glorified physics oriented armor mod. fuck-
