I have this issue as well, all my SkySA movesets and things like that work perfectly but mods that originally used FNIS, like Animated Eating Redux, don't and Nemesis shows the same number of animations processed weather they are active or not.
've been using Nemesis for CGO, 360 movement etc. and PCEA. I installed them as instructed and they all work fine and load up in Nemesis. I know Nemesis is compatible with FNIS mods but for some reason, they will not work for me. After I install an FNIS mod (Pipe Smoking for example), they do not appear to install in the launcher and the animations do not work. I am using MO2 and am just installing the mods as instructed. Is there a certain location these mods need to be installed or something? Why is Nemesis not detecting other animation mods?
And just to clarify, I have FNIS uninstalled, so it shouldn't be conflicting with anything.
