1st person bow not doesn't point where I look #607

So after I installed and ran Nemesis for the wonderful retimed hit frame mod, the only issue I noticed is the 1st person bow doesn't tilt up or down when I aim. It appears the 1st person bow is stuck pointing just straight ahead.
