Can this plug-in be used also for godot 3.2.1? If yes, the instructions are exactly the same or not?

I don't understand this pull request, I think it should be a issue, right?

For Godot 3.2.1 you should use plugin v3.0.1 and the instructions are here: https://github.com/Shin-NiL/Godot-Android-Admob-Plugin/tree/v3.0.1
