Fixes for Floorp

Had some issues with the "Latest Release" zip download. These changes fixed it for me.

• Navbar no longer half cut off on the top using the menu bar set to display: none (must enable Menu Bar in the "Customize Toolbar" settings)
• Border now shows correctly when hovering over the panels in split-screen
• Weird off-grey lines around browser window fixed
