Program closes if you press play with no URL in address bar

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press the play/run button with nothing in the address bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the program to do nothing, or show a message saying the URL is 
blank. Instead, the program immediately closes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.3 on Windows 7 32
