IE8 Win7 Version Sensitivity #307

My Exhibit app worked in Vista/IE7 but stopped working in Win7/IE8.  No 
error messages -- it just processed for a little while and then wrote 
nothing into the display.  I was using version 2.0 of Exhibit and 
upgrading to the current version 2.2.0 fixed the problem.  So there's 
nothing to fix here -- I'm just documenting it in case someone else has 
trouble after installing Win 7, or in case people want to make sure their 
apps will continue to work.  FWIW, the upgrade from 2.0 to 2.2.0 had no 
issues, at least for the simple stuff I'm doing.
