Hopper + Materializer consumes more Crystals than expected and voids Crystals #486

Exactly 1 Egg was placed into the Hopper beforehand to try to filter it to only create Eggs.

I tried get a working fix for this while working on the latest release (1.10.5/ALPHA-5), but I'm considering giving up on it. I ended up rewriting the internals of the Materializer in order to try and get it to work with Hoppers, but every attempt ended up in failure. I haven't tried any item transportation from other mods, but the Spirit Items in AbyssalCraft works the Materializer, so I would assume they would work as well. I'm leaving this issue open, but I'm done trying to get the Hopper to cooperate.
