Reformat hydra client status to show a more useful/human-readable output by default
When a node is not fully sync'd, query the network to see how far behind it is
Output validator stats (how many of the last 100 blocks a validator has signed)
Refactor output to use jinja
Add hydra -o json info and hydra -o json client status for machine-readable output (json)
Remove default LogDestination from loom.yaml
