Description of your issue:

I have an account with Shippable. It was set up at a prior company with a company credit card attached. I'd like to know how I can:

Any subscription admin should be able to edit the information on the billing page to change the credit card and contact information. Documentation describing how to change the payment method is available here if the subscription admin requires it.
