It's not related to #5072. This appears to be specific to your subscription.
Have you checked that the address in the notification resource is correct? And perhaps checked the spam filter?
@a-murphy thanks for such a quick reply. I checked the email today and it works, nothing from shippable in spam.
I couldn't find any errors in our logs. Could someone have set up a rule to send build emails to a folder that has been forgotten?
We have not received build failure emails for the last 2-3 months.
