Updated on-demand XL, can't change jobs. #5139

Description of your issue:

I have a node pool using 2x L and bought +2 XL. But the Size field is non-editable and when I try to create a new node pool, XL isn't an option.

Is this the same subscription as #5137?

The sizes shown when creating a node pool will be those for which you have a license with the selected operating system. If the first operating system shown isn't the one with the correct licenses, you will have to first select the operating system and then the size.

Yes, same sub. How do I add licenses then?

Licenses are added on the subscription billing page and will then be available to increase the number of nodes in node pools. The two XL node increase on the billing page adds licenses for two XL Ubuntu 16.04 nodes to the subscription, which can then be added to node pools of XL Ubuntu 16.04 nodes. If you would prefer to have XL Ubuntu 14.04 nodes, you should be able to decrease the 16.04 XL nodes allowed by two again and add two Ubuntu 14.04 XL node licenses.

If you meant how to add them to a node pool, the node pool has to be the same operating system and same node size. Then you should be able to edit the node pool to increase the node count.
