Cannot add buy more on-demand nodes #5148

I have been trying to buy more nodes. The billing system tells me it's a success, then erases the new additions.

The first few time I tried, I ended up with 1 new node in the existing pool, even though it wasn't showing on the billing page.

Today I tried again, even added a new credit card, and supposedly there are 5 nodes in the pool, but only is active.

The project that currently has waiting (and running) jobs has parallel jobs disabled in the project settings. If you want to run those jobs in parallel, you can go to the project settings page (click the project name and then the gears in the top right) and re-enable parallel jobs for that project. It does appear that the node pool has five nodes, but there aren't five jobs that are considered ready to run.

Thanks for the pointer on enabling parallel jobs.
