Error message "account blocked" after created new account using GitHub #5203

Creating new account using GitHub run into an error page and after that I am not able to use Shippable. Could you please unblock my account?

Our algorithm automatically flags potentially malicious accounts but it does give some false positives. Sorry about that... I have unflagged your account so you should be able to sign in.

Thanks for unblocking my account, now it seems that the project access is stuck in a non-allowed state, despite of the successfully added OAuth connection. I tried to delete my Shippable account hoping that restarting the process could fix project accessibility issue, but now my recreated account is blocked again.

I've unblocked your account again. Assuming you are trying to access a private GitHub repository, could you go to the account profile page in Shippable (in the left sidebar), enable access to private GitHub repositories, and click the "sync" button on the account profile page if you are still unable to access the private project?

Recently I create a git action to deploy to aws. But I got a message

"GitHub Actions workflows can't be executed on this repository. Your account's billing is currently locked. Please reach out to GitHub Support for assistance."
